Nos types d’interventions

Nous proposons différents modes d’intervention pour répondre à vos besoins :

  • À domicile

    Nos techniciens se déplacent chez vous pour intervenir directement sur vos équipements GEM et informatiques. Ce service est disponible sur rendez-vous.

  • En atelier (directement au 29 chemin des Espartes à Cagnes sur Mer)

    Vous pouvez déposer vos appareils dans notre atelier. Une évaluation sera faite sur place, suivie d’un devis précis avant toute réparation.

  • À distance (visioconférence)

    Pour les pannes simples d’équipements informatiques ou de télécommunications, un accompagnement à distance est possible via visioconférence.

Garantie sur nos réparations

Toutes nos réparations bénéficient d’une garantie de 3 mois, incluant :

  • La main-d’œuvre

  • Les pièces détachées remplacées

Cette garantie couvre uniquement les pannes liées à l’intervention réalisée et ne s’applique pas aux défauts non signalés ou à l’usure normale.

Tarifs de nos prestations

Main-d’œuvre (TTC)

  • Diagnostic atelier : 20 €

  • Diagnostic visioconférence : 15 €

  • Intervention à domicile : à partir de 30 € (selon zone géographique)

  • Réparation main-d’œuvre : 35 € / heure

Pièces détachées

Les pièces sont facturées en supplément selon le devis établi. Un accord du client est obligatoire avant toute commande de pièce.

  • Lundi au Vendredi : 9h – 18h30

  • Samedi : 10h – 14h

  • Dimanche : fermé

Réparations à distance (visioconférence)

Jours & horaires disponibles

  • Du lundi au vendredi, de 9h à 17h

    Prise de rendez-vous par téléphone ou via notre formulaire en ligne.

Tarifs

  • Diagnostic à distance : 15 €

  • Accompagnement réparation : 35 € / heure

Équipements nécessaires pour le client

  • Connexion internet stable

  • Caméra (smartphone, tablette ou PC)

  • Outils de base : tournevis, petit matériel

  • Éclairage suffisant et espace dégagé autour de l’appareil

Consignes de sécurité client

Avant toute réparation, merci de respecter les consignes suivantes :

  • Débranchez systématiquement l’appareil (secteur ou batterie) avant notre arrivée ou intervention visio.

  • Ne touchez jamais aux parties internes de l’appareil sans notre autorisation.

  • En cas de dégât électrique, ne tentez pas une réparation seul : cela peut être dangereux.

  • Préparez l’environnement de réparation (sol sec, accès dégagé, éclairé).

  • Lors d’une visio, ne réalisez aucune action sans les indications du technicien.

Conseils d’entretien et recyclage

Bon entretien des appareils

  • Nettoyez régulièrement les filtres, bacs, et composants accessibles

  • Ne surchargez pas vos équipements

  • Effectuez les mises à jour logicielles (PC, smartphones)

  • Consultez nos guides d’entretien remis après chaque réparation

Recyclage & fin de vie

  • Si un appareil est jugé irréparable ou obsolète, nous vous accompagnons dans sa mise au recyclage via les filières agréées (ecosystem, etc.)

  • Certaines pièces peuvent être réutilisées dans un cadre conforme aux normes CE
